250/B2 & 400/B 16-Way Wedge Details

We've been getting a lot of people asking for details on our new 16-way splitting wedge so here are some CAD drawings showing the new wedge.   All of our new wedges will be interchangeable between the 250/B2 & the 400/B.  This version has 4" spacing so would be perfect for 16" diameter logs or less for 1 pass splitting.  With the 16-way wedge installed, you will be able to raise the wedge to split logs up to 6" into 2 pieces, and logs up 8" into 4 pieces.  We will offer other wedges for smaller &/or larger pieces.  In addition to the 16-way wedge, we currently offer 2, 4, 6, & 8 way wedges, and are in the process of designing a 12-way.
